Tasks
  • Be a Commission Hungry, Deal-Seeking, Profit thirsty Sales Exec.
  • Conduct market research on industry knowledge, companies, and job titles. Understand market trends.
  • Generate at least 100 leads daily with a smart plan.
  • Reach out to a solid flow of potential clients (at least 150) and showcase our value with enthusiasm.
  • Email a minimum of 10 clients with product materials.
  • Follow up with clients and secure sales.
  • Adhere closely to the sales process.
  • Always ask for the sale during each call back with clients.
  • Able to handle pressure, work in a fast-paced environment, and learn quickly.
  • Able to handle rejections professionally.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
  • Be punctual; if you are late, your sale will be late. Be on the phone at 8:30 AM sharp as clients are waiting. Achieve monthly sales KPIs.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Diploma.
  • Ability to converse in English is a must
  • No fear in calling clients and pitching.
  • Fast learner.
  • Able to handle pressure.
  • Willingness to travel overseas.
