Junior Telesales Executive

Tasks- Be a commission-hungry, deal-seeking, profit-thirsty sales executive.
- Conduct market research on industry knowledge, companies, and job titles to understand market trends.
- Generate at least 100 leads daily and stay ahead of the game with a smart plan.
- Reach out to at least 150 potential clients daily and showcase our value with enthusiasm.
- Email a minimum of 10 clients with product materials.
- Follow up with clients to secure sales.
- Adhere closely to the sales process.
- Always ask for the sale during each call back with clients.
- Able to handle pressure, work in a fast-paced environment, and learn quickly.
- Able to handle rejections professionally.
- Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Be punctual; being late affects sales. Be on the phone at 8:30 AM sharp as clients are waiting. Achieve monthly sales KPIs.
- Qualifications: Diploma.
- Ability to converse in English is a MUST
- No fear in calling clients and pitching.
- Fast learner.
- Able to handle pressure.
- No issues with traveling overseas.
- Opportunities to travel to events around the world.
- Monthly team building/outing upon hitting company targets.
- Yearly one week off for Christmas.
- Work-life balance as we don't work on weekends.
- Commission in USD.
- RM 3,000 basic salary + commission.
