Job Location: Plaza Sentral, KL

Trueventus is seeking a full-time sales person to sell delegates and sponsorship space. The role is based in KL Sentral, and we are looking for energetic, honest, hardworking people with the right attitude to work with the business and help grow the business and grow with it. In this role, you'll earn salary + commission.

As a Junior Sales Executive, you are expected to spend most of your time making phone calls; thus, you should be comfortable talking over the phone, explaining complex ideas and business topics over the phone, not afraid to hear "no," and are tenacious to carry on making calls after rejections. The role requires the person to be well-mannered, able to communicate effectively and clearly, persistent, and used to making cold calls to sell your products.

You will be expected to achieve your conference and monthly targets throughout the year and maintain consistency of output throughout. The performance of the Telesales Executive will be based on a number of factors, including but not limited to the following:

Requirements:

  1. Excellent telephone etiquette; Computer literacy.
  2. Resilient and able to work under pressure. Ability to do research & Customer profiling.
  3. Cold calling and hard-core selling experience is an advantage. Solid "deal-closing skills."
  4. Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude. Able to handle pressure and work under stress.
  5. Ability to find the delegates.
  6. Ability to demonstrate previous high-performance.
  7. Ability to negotiate, influence, and persuade others.
  8. Self-starting and confident individual with a proactive attitude and a passion for sales. A high level of energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and drive to succeed.
  9. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  10. Preferably junior executives specializing in pre-sales consultant/sales executive/telemarketer or equivalent.
  11. At least 1 year experience in Telesales or an equivalent field.
  12. Minimum is a diploma.
  13. Full-time position(s) available.
  14. Ability to start immediately.
