Business Development Executive

Axrail.ai is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building. This role requires a strong focus on cold calling, lead generation, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound emails, and networking.
- Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Conduct daily cold calls to reach potential clients and introduce company solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, such as call, meetings set, and closed deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to conduct cold calls, generate leads, and close deals.
