Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through research, cold calling, or networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to create promotional strategies and content.
  • Manage and update the company's website and social media accounts with relevant marketing material.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt marketing strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, events, or conferences to represent the company and build professional networks.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and potential improvements for marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Sales Executive, Marketing Executive, or similar roles.
  • Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
  • Understanding of market research and ability to analyze market trends.
