Purpose & Scope:

  • Lead and manage regional Contract Business Development activities focusing on developing proprietary and Integrated-Multiclient programs.
  • Foster and develop strong client relationships and government partnerships to drive growth and maximize value potential leveraging company's value chain offering.
  • Ownership of new Contract and Integrated-Multiclient programs in the region, managing tender processes to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the contract tender process and act as project owner, collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
  • Develop new Contract and Integrated-Multiclient projects and supporting business plans, including managing customer communications for the acquisition phase of projects.
  • Strategically position the company in both existing and new geo-markets.
  • Coordinate activities across the region to identify new business opportunities with the company's product lines, fostering synergy and growth.

  • Communication – Ability to clearly articulate business plans and strategy to a wide range of stakeholders, ability to collaborate across all levels and build and manage strong relationships.
  • Technical Knowledge – Extensive experience of seismic acquisition technologies within the energy sector.
  • Project Management and Sales – Proven track record in project-focused roles driving business development and negotiating contracts. Able to plan and organize work efficiently, operating as part of a team.
  • Business Acumen – Strong commercial and business perspective with a focus on generating and pursuing opportunities. Ability to ensure effective execution of plans, establishing key focus areas to drive performance.
  • Collaborative Mindset – Ability to create a positive climate for collaboration and development.
  • Adaptability - Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to deliver in continuously changing environment applying knowledge and competence in new ways.
