Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for sales presentations, account management, lead generation, sales, and sales operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their network to generate leads, manage client relationships, conduct system demos, and help close sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions through a consultative sales approach.

Lead Generation & Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients in the tech space through your personal network, industry connections, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company offerings and capabilities.
  • Drive business development initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within potential and existing client organizations.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure recurring business and up-sell opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for inquiries and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct system demonstrations to showcase the product's capabilities and features to potential clients.
  • Assist in understanding client requirements and translating them into technical and business solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare presentations, proposals, and customized solutions for client needs.
  • Manage the pre-sales process from first contact through the handover to the delivery teams.
Sales Strategy & Closing Deals:
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals with clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop a tailored sales strategy for each client.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of signed clients to project management teams for implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or pre-sales roles, ideally within the tech space, especially applications.
  • High-commission structure with compensation above the market rate, rewarding exceptional performance.
  • Tech Knowledge: Understanding of technology solutions (software, hardware, or IT services) and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B tech sales or selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Networking: Strong network of contacts within the tech industry, with a proven track record of using connections to generate leads.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and close complex deals, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Presentation Skills: Skilled in giving compelling product/system demonstrations and presentations.
  • Self-driven: A proactive and goal-oriented individual who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
