Head of CRM

Eskayvie Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Head of CRM to lead the implementation and optimization of CRM strategies and systems. This role is critical in enhancing customer loyalty, reseller engagement, and network growth, driving Eskayvie's vision of becoming a data-driven organization in the health supplement industry. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a CRM strategy that boosts customer retention, reseller satisfaction, and sales growth across all channels.
- Integrate CRM strategies with network marketing efforts to provide resellers with data-driven insights and tools.
- Design workflows that streamline communication between the company, resellers, and customers.
CRM Implementation & Optimization:
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
- Ensure seamless integration with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure CRM systems are scalable, secure, and tailored to Eskayvie's needs.
Customer & Reseller Engagement:
- Build loyalty and rewards programs to retain existing customers and reactivate past customers.
- Design reseller dashboards within the CRM to track performance, provide sales data, and facilitate personalized coaching.
- Implement automated campaigns to re-engage inactive customers and onboard new resellers effectively.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Work with the data analytics team to analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards to monitor engagement metrics for resellers and customers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide insights to marketing and sales teams to improve campaigns, promotions, and onboarding processes.
- Train and empower Eskayvie's internal teams and reseller leaders to effectively use CRM tools.
- Lead and mentor a small CRM team to ensure high performance and continuous innovation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving CRM-related issues across the company.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing CRM systems with a proven track record of improving customer and reseller engagement, preferably in the health, wellness, or network marketing industries.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Netcore, Salesforce, HubSpot, Insider, and messaging tools like Wati, Callbell, On-Send.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in deriving insights from complex data.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Knowledge of reseller business models and customer lifecycle management.
