Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales pitches, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective marketing solutions. The Sales Manager will also monitor and analyze market trends to ensure competitive positioning.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Sales Strategy, Market Research, and Business Development
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Sponsorship Sales
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
