Trainer & Organisational Development Consultant

As part of the Consulting and Solutions team, this role will help to expand and scale our leadership training and consulting. This role is essential to meet growing client demand, enhance our solutions to enable strategic consulting and business growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, deliver, and consult on workplace wellbeing, leadership, and organisational development programmes.
  2. Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars (both in-person and virtual) for corporate clients.
  3. Advise organisations on embedding wellbeing, leadership, and cultural change strategies into their workplace.
  4. Design and develop training materials and consulting frameworks aligned with adult learning principles and evidence-based approaches.
  5. Continuously enhance training and consulting methodologies based on research, industry trends, and client needs.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to create scalable and innovative solutions for training and consulting.
  7. Evaluate training and consulting impact, using feedback to refine content and recommendations.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Proven extensive experience in training, organisational development, and/or workplace consulting.
  2. Strong facilitation and advisory skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt content to different needs.
  3. Consulting experience in areas such as culture transformation, leadership development, change management, or wellbeing strategy.
  4. Experience in designing and delivering leadership and organisational development interventions or training.
  5. Ability to create engaging training materials and consulting toolkits.
  6. Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  7. Analytical skills to assess organisational challenges, interpret data, and recommend evidence-based solutions.
  8. Experience working with corporate clients, MNCs is a plus.
