The Learning Standard is a consultancy company based in WP Kuala Lumpur specializing in higher education quality assurance and academic program development. Our primary focus is on providing expert guidance in enhancing educational quality and effectiveness by maintaining high benchmarks that align with industry expectations.
In addition, The Learning Standard assists institutions with their student recruitment initiatives and marketing activities, offering tailored strategies to attract and enroll students in various programs.
Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to recruit students for our short courses and certificate programs offered by a reputable higher education institute in Malaysia. If you have a passion for education and strong sales skills, this is an excellent opportunity to earn attractive commissions
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and market short courses and certificate programs to potential students.
- Reach out to prospective students via various channels, including social media, emails, and networking events.
- Provide information and guidance on course details, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students and other stakeholders.
- Achieve or exceed enrollment targets to maximize commission earnings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets.
- Familiarity with the education industry in Malaysia is an advantage.
- Access to a network of potential students is a plus.
Payment Structure
Commission-based: Earn a competitive commission for every successful student enrollment.
