Job Responsibilities:- Maintaining current HR files and databases.
- Providing guidance and resources on every aspect of company policies and procedures.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
- Training and Development (customized yearly training calendar, training program arrangements, HRDC training grant application).
- Support the management of disciplinary, staff counselling and grievance issues.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- All aspects of organizational flow and employee morale.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Above scope of work will change or adjust from time to time or from one type of work to another in accordance with the requirement of work based on company discretion.
- Updates receivables by coordinating and monitoring daily sales order processing.
- Responsible for Sales and AR report (eg: monitoring of receivable aging, issue statements of accounts, reminder letters & other related documents to customers.)
- Co-ordinate regarding shipping documents, invoice, credit memo, etc and make sure sales related document filling is completed.
- Ensure the accuracy of the Invoice Credit Note / Debit Note information including payment term, price, bank detail, etc.
- Monitor credit limit and prepare the credit override form if necessary.
- To work closely with internal departments in resolving discrepancies.
- Support the preparation and submission of e-invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Above scope of work will change or adjust from time to time or from one type of work to another in accordance with the requirement of work based on company discretion.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma & Degree or related field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skill, detailed-oriented, motivated and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of Employment Act 1955 (HR Officer).
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, TMS system.
- Experience with AUTOCOUNT accounting software is an added advantage.
- Must have own transport and driving license.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate can speak and written Mandarin will be more advantageous.
- Preferably Immediate candidate.
