We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team based in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute brand strategies to drive consumer demand and achieve market share targets.
  2. Build and manage a robust pipeline of innovative skincare products, overseeing product lifecycle and SKU rationalization.
  3. Lead consumer and market research to uncover insights, adapt marketing strategies, and identify new opportunities.
  4. Formulate annual media strategies and manage media performance, including owned and social media channels.
  5. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage brand projects, including new product launches and promotional activities.

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Science.
  2. At least 10 years of brand management experience in an FMCG MNC with a proven track record of success.
  3. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong command of English.
  5. Experience in product launches, digital campaigns, and managing media and PR activities.
