General Affair (GA) Manager / Asst. Manager
Batu Kawan Penang
Salary Range from RM8-14K++
Working hours - Monday to Friday,
Working Hours 8-5 (flexible +/- 30 minutes before 8am and after 5pm)
Subordinates: 3-5 staffs (20s-30s)
1. Good understanding of GA work processes.
2. Understanding of employee benefits and knowing what to do with it.
3. Meet the internal needs by company's schedule and assist it accordingly.
4. Budgeting the entire cost of employee benefits and execute it as well as unplanned expenses.
5. Reviewing and making contract with subcontractor related to welfare (cafeteria, commuter bus, workers dormitory).
6. Purchasing and procurement of office supplies. Making inventories of office supplies listed by the station and the department.
7. Understanding of security work process and build the system of selecting security device, agency, security staff training and emergency response.
8. Maintain an adequate inventory of operation supplies (changing room, uniform, shoes racks) and proper recording of all assets.
9. Process the proper inventory of purchasing and washing dust-free wear and maintain the smock room.
10. Select the cleaning service resource for the entire company and making Check list and training session for well maintaining.
11. Company event planning and assist the relevant department in serving VIP or customers’ vision
12. Select the quarantine service resource and supervise them periodically.
13. Storage the work-related document by department in storeroom and maintain it with the proper process.
14. Maintain and repairing the training room, broadcast device, signs, name plate for entire company.
15. Systematize the employee welfare process by task.
16. Ability to problem solving skill and be highly responsible. Reporting the process frequently to HOD.
Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources/Public Administration or any Management discipline
Hands-on in handling services/general work i.e. cafeteria, bus, workers dormitory, security, cleaning services, quarantine, office supplies, uniform & cleanroom wear, lockers, changing room, shoes locker/racks, event planning, document storage.
10-15 years work experience in General Affair, well verse with the entire process and supervise the team (managerial role)

- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 12 years of experience
- Language(s): English ,Malay
