- Attend to inbound calls in a contact center environment
- Able to provide a high service level by interacting with international customers with an aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Able to resolve customer queries and issues with an aim to provide a first call resolution
- A good listener with an ability to establish a good rapport with the customers as well as attending to their needs to offer relevant product, services, and solutions from the brand
- Have a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and integrity

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma / Degree (Minimum SPM holder must have working experience in customer service)
- Must be able to work on rotational shifts
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English language (spoken and written)
- Available to work at TRX (Tun Razak Exchange)
