Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia SB Plus Sdn Bhd Full time

Jobscope:

- Assist our guests at our check-in and check-out concierge; carry and store guest luggage in the luggage room
- Be familiar with the surrounding of the township, attractions, facilities and able to offer advice to the guest whenever required
- Prepare and serve all food & beverage related items such as welcome drinks by following all food safety and sanitation procedure
- Handle payment, tally, check and refund cash and other forms of payment
- Handle guest complaints and solve problems
- Maintain the concierge environment to ensure a clean and comfortable experience
- Pick up calls and reply to guest messages and enquiries on hotline
- Manage bookings, room status, oversee and daily adjustment of room rates
- Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notification housekeeping of all checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day use rooms
- Coordinate with other departments in developing marketing campaigns to boost sales
- Coordinate or occasionally assist maintenance crew in recovering rooms
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Ad-hoc

Requirement:

- Able to work on weekends, shifts and retail hours (9am-10pm)
- Service oriented and independent problem solver

Working Hours & Location:

- Shift based, must be ready to work weekends, 9am-10pm
- Location at Rawang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
