**A) JOB SUMMARY**

Administration & execution of full process of hiring activities and to closed vacancy within **25 of working days.**

**B) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create and publish job ads in various portals digital / online platform;
- To prepare recruitment proposal, offer of employment letter and all documentation of hiring / personal file;
- Liaise and engage with educational institutions for career events and to collaborate with institutions for talent pools;
- Monitor vacancies / hiring metrics and tracking;
- Process transfer request / staff movements based on operations requirements;
- Prepare proposal and letter of transfer, acting, relief and appointment;
- To perform any other ad hoc task as instructed by superior from time to time.

**C) JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Minimum Education**:Bachelor Degree / Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Science or related field.

**Experience (Years)**: Minimum 3 year hands-on experience with core competence in recruitment.

**Others**:

- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal communications.
- Strong organization skills and able to produce work under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines.
- A matured, good team-player, resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
