**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to ensure recruiting objectives are achieved.
Create and manage ATS, report, internal KPIs, to follow up, proactively react and help to reach our hiring objectives
- Develop strong relationships with internal business and drive activity in support of their hiring objectives and processes.
- Consistently demonstrate an ability to streamline/improve the talent acquisition process by identifying and improving bottlenecks in the recruiting process.
- Ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations related to recruiting
- Participate in Onboarding process

Qualifications**
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications**
- Proven success working successfully in a high volume multi-client recruiting environment
- A high level of attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Expert interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency with computers, MS Office and the internet.
