- Billable between parent & child company
- Validate Bank transaction vs Bank statements
- Validate Credit card transaction vs monthly statements
- Inventory plaining, ordering & reports
- Sourcing office equipment's, Stationery and hardware’s
- People attendance records.
- Company letters mgmt.
- Product information management
- Office admin completes clerical and administrative tasks for an office.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good spoken of English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is plus point.
- Knowledge of proper inventory management.
- Excellent in Microsoft: Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Need to have basic account knowledge.
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Skills to operate common office equipment.
- Willing to work in Cyberjaya.

Able to complete tasks on time

**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
