**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**I. Medical Record Management**

a) Carry out daily activities at the MR library/ tracking station
- Retrieve appointment list and walk in folders in timely manner
- File loose notes and results into folder accurately
- Store and arrange the folders neatly on shelves
- Deliver folders to destinations thereafter received the returned folders
- Communicate politely with requesters on matters related to folder request and delivery
- File in loose documents correctly under the relevant dividers.

b) Supervise junior staff to ensure daily assignments are completed.

c) Plan and supervise on the archiving and disposal procedures.

d) Retrieve copies of used MC upon receipt of an official request.

**II. Medical Report**

a) Receive requests for medical reports from patients or other third parties.

c) Ensure all requests are accompanied with valid consent.

d) Register all request into the system and tag each request with a RN for status tracking purpose.

e) Forward the request to the doctor concerned for completion of the report in a timely manner.

**III. Document scanning**

a) Carry out document preparation.

b) Scan required documents into the MCC under the relevant index fields

c) Carry out quality check to ensure documents are indexed and scanned in correctly.

d) Ensure all folders with required documents for scanning are completed.

**lV. Invoicing and Cashiering**

a) Issue invoices/request payment letter to corporate clients when the report is ready for collection.

b) Carry out cashiering duties at the medical report service counter including visit charging, collection of applicable fees and issue receipts.

c) Generate the daily reconciliation report and hand over the daily collection to the chief cashier’s office.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Possess SPM and other relevant certificates/diploma e.g. Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must have 1 year relevant working experience.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
