**About Role**

The Commercial Medical Affairs Lead must be a qualified/motivated medical doctor with a strong grasp of brand objectives, with a strategic mindset and a passion for merging medicine with commercial success. This role is a crucial link between medical expertise and commercial strategy which involves integrating medical insights into commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand goals while maintaining a prominent presence in the medical community.

- **Work Experience**:Min. 2 to 4 years of Commercial experience with strong understanding of commercial strategy and brand objectives in the medical affairs, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or related industries.
- **Location**:Selangor, Malaysia
- **Academic Qualification**:Medical Doctor (MD) degree with a valid medical license.

**Expectations from you**

**Medical Content Development**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp brand objectives and commercial goals.
- Develop medical content aligned with brand strategy and appealing to target audiences.
- Ensure accuracy, scientific rigor, and compliance with relevant regulations in medical content.

**Commercial Acumen**:

- Work closely with commercial teams to incorporate medical insights into the overall commercial strategy.
- Provide strategic input on product positioning, messaging, and communication strategies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the commercial impact of medical affairs activities.

**Thought Leadership**:

- Represent the company as a medical expert at industry events.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and medical professionals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging scientific developments.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the commercial team to seamlessly integrate medical affairs initiatives into commercial activities.
- Provide training and support to enhance commercial teams' understanding of medical aspects related to products.

**Skills required**
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree with a valid medical license.
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy and brand objectives in the medical affairs, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex medical information clearly.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines governing medical communications in Malaysia.

**Salary**: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
