**About Role**

The primary responsibility of the Medical Representative is to represent our pharmaceutical clients, promoting their nominated brands to doctors through teleconsulting technology (web meetings, etc.) and face-to-face visits at the clinic /hospital (Hybrid role). The goal is to enhance doctor awareness, foster relationships, and drive the promotion of the brand towards increased prescriptions.
- **Job Title - **Medical Representative
- **Work Experience **-3 to 4 years, with Pharmaceutical/ Medical Device selling experience. Prior experience for hospital selling is an advantage
- **Location **- Selangor, Malaysia
- **Academic Qualification**:

- Graduate of any Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree, preferably in the Science field.

**Expectations from you**
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding call and sales targets.
- Effectively promote and detail products to targeted doctors by employing a dual approach of face-to-face meetings and remote detailing through digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals & relevant stakeholders; and work on product penetration in the hospital/clinic
- Proven track record of successfully selling pharmaceutical products within hospital/ clinic settings, along with a deep understanding of hospital processes and a strongnetwork of connections with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and achievements in the CRM system
- Attend client training sessions for Product and Drug Safety training

**Skills required**
- 3 to 4 years, with Pharmaceutical/ Medical Device selling experience. Prior experience for hospital selling is an advantage

- Self-starter; Delivers under supervision
- Multi-tasking, flexible & adaptable
- Good command of written & spoken English, and Bahasa Melayu.
