**About Role**
As a Project Manager with a Sales background at Docquity, you will play a crucial dual role in managing the in-country Digital Medical Representatives (DMR) Center of Excellence (CoE) and handling key projects. We are seeking an experienced professional with 7 to 12 years of relevant experience, with a preference for prior experience in managing Medical Representatives. Your expertise in sales, project management, and people leadership will be instrumental in guiding and overseeing all in-country DMR projects while also taking charge of critical projects within the organization.

**Work Experience**:7 to 12 years of relevant experience, with a preference for prior experience in managing Medical Representatives, preferably in the healthcare (Pharmaceutical/Medical Device) and/or digital agency sectors.
**Location**: Selangor, Malaysia
**Academic Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
**Expectations from you**
**1. Key Project Management**:
- Assume ownership of key projects within the organization, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and establish project timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
- Regularly communicate project status, updates, and results to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
**2. Digital Medical Representatives CoE Management**:
- Lead and guide the in-country Digital Medical Representatives CoE to achieve sales objectives and operational excellence.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Digital Medical Representatives to ensure a high
- performing team.
- Develop strategies to maximize the performance of the DMR CoE, including setting KPIs, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing improvement plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DMR activities with overall sales and marketing strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the DMR CoE, enhancing the team's skills and knowledge.
**3. Sales and Project Coordination**:
- Leverage your sales background and domain knowledge to provide strategic inputs and support in sales-related initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align DMR efforts with overall business objectives and support sales activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of key project milestones.
- Foster a collaborative and result-oriented work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
**Skills required**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 7 to 12 years, with a preference for prior experience in managing MedicalRepresentatives or related roles in the healthcare industry.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects ontime and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teamstowards achieving sales and project objectives.
- Sound understanding of sales processes, strategies, and customer engagement in the healthcare sector.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement improvement plans.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
