**About Role**

As a Program Manager for the Patient Assistance Program (PAP), your role will focus on meticulously overseeing and managing the intricate details of the Patient Support Program (PSP) journey within the Docquity platform. You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the program, including maintaining a strong commitment to patient care and program success.

**Work Experience**:Min. 2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for prior experience in Patient Support Programmes, Health Insurance, or Healthcare-associated industry.
**Location**: Selangor, Malaysia
**Academic Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Nurse or Healthcare related programme.

**Expectations from you**

**1. Patient Engagement and Support**:

- Facilitate open communication and cooperation among patients, doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and patient-centric experience throughout the PSP journey.

**3. Query Resolution and Information Accuracy**:

- Work closely with patients, doctors, and pharmacists to provide accurate and detailed responses to inquiries related to the supported Patient Assistance Program (PAP) on the Docquity platform.

**4. Treatment Adherence Monitoring**:

- Demonstrate a keen attention to detail when reminding patients about treatment regimens based on specific reminder points, emphasizing adherence to prescribed therapies.

**5. Activity Tracking and Detailed Reporting**:

- Meticulously monitor patient activities and transactions within the program, identifying subtle trends and patterns that inform strategic decision-making.
- Generate comprehensive reports with meticulous attention to detail, offering deep insights into program utilization and outcomes.

**6. Stakeholder Interaction and Guidance**:

- Serve as an approachable and knowledgeable resource for stakeholders, delivering detailed guidance on the intricacies of the program mechanics as outlined by the Pharmaceutical Program Owner.

**7. Adverse Event Documentation**:

- Document and report adverse events stemming from patient interactions with a high degree of precision and attention to detail, adhering strictly to reporting protocols.

**Skills required**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Nurse or Healthcare related programme.
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for prior experience in Patient Support Programmes, Health Insurance, or Healthcare-associated industry.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement improvement plans.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
