- Build a strong pipeline of talent pool for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct research and gather relevant information about the technology industry and market trends to support recruitment strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with HR team to streamline the pre-employment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departures.

**Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant background (Human Resource Management/ Psychology/IT/ Computer Science, etc)
- **Fresh graduate** with relevant internship experience in technical recruitment
- Strong interest in technical recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with technical skills and qualifications relevant to the positions being recruited (e.g., programming languages, software development methodologies, etc.) is a plus
