HR Executive

Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the position and company’s hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles (sourcing, screening, interview, offer extension)
- Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
- Partner with above market CoC talent teams to ensure the delivery of key talent solutions and to align talent pipelines internally and externally
- At least 2 years' experience in full cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening and interviewing) for manufacturing industry, preferably in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG)
- Knowledge in recruiting for technical and production function (engineering, production, quality, health & safety etc.), experience recruiting for functions good to have.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
