**Work Descriptions**:

- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent.
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Required skills: Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office, Google Excel Sheet, Presentation Slide
- Able to work collaboratively with others, Self-motivated.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
- Open for an internship position for a duration of 3 - 6 month(s)

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,000.00 per month
