**About the role**

As a Network Partner Coordinator (NPC) you will play an important role in the implementation of Global Programmes by being the link between Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Producing Offices (Underwriters and UAs) and Network Partners around the world.

NPCs ensure local policies are issued and serviced in line with our global client's requirements, market regulations and service level agreements (SLAs). In addition, you will support the Global Network Managers in monitoring Network partners adhering to SLAs, processes and the use of the Network Partner Portal, as well as ensuring regulatory and country specific data collection from many countries around the globe.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support transactional business and coordination of local policy and invoice issuance process using our IT Tools for a defined set of International Programs.
- Conduct Local Policy Quality Control process, ensuring policies are issued in a timely and accurate manner, in adherence to Service Level Agreements and local policy requests.
- Coordinate quoting processes, service exceptions, issuance of endorsements between Producing Offices and Network Partners.
- Support and monitor local premium collection for Network Partners.
- Support business growth with new business opportunities, premium information set up and complex tax and fee calculations
- Collect and document knowledge of individual network partners and their capabilities, market specifics and local regulations.
- Support process enhancement initiatives as well as the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Support the Central Claims Coordinator for queries on Network Partner policies.
- Support Global Network Managers on training of Network Partners.
- Monitor and report on performance of Network Partner.

**About the team**:
The Network Partner Service Hub is part of the International Program Operations team and manages the relationship between Swiss Re Corporate Solutions and the Network Partners. We work closely with many Swiss Re Corporate Solutions teams and Network Partners around the globe to win and service International Programs for Global Corporate Clients.

**About you**:
Professional Profile:

- University bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years' experience working within Operations, Finance, (Technical) Accounting or International Business.
- Prior experience working in International Insurance Business environment as Underwriting Support, Business Services or Network Hub Specialist will be an asset.

Languages:

- Fluent in Business English is a must.
- Any other language is an asset.
