**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Sourcing Specialist to help us find and attract excellent the right talent. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be helping us in sourcing the best talent for the organization and responsible for ensuring that external talent pipelines and succession talents are identified.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
As our Global Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to find successful employees globally.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the regional leadership team to deliver a strong talent profile to identify and maintain a network of talent to support our hiring needs regionally.
- Work with various hiring managers to understand the job requirements and business goals and close the positions.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, offer stage etc).
- Ability to use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and update the recruitment process or feedback.
**Requirements**:
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human resources, or relevant field with at least 5 years’ experience from in house recruitment or from recruitment agency background, ideally with a **head-hunting background **across various regions worldwide.
- Willing to work in an agile manner.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, headhunting and cold calling.
- Understanding of latest selection methods and techniques.
- Good understanding of Recruitment terms and Pay Packages for the region.
- Proficient in the use of various recruitment channels to attract talent.
- Ability to grasp the requirements of different roles.
- Excellent written and verbal English & Mandarin communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- The right to work in Malaysia.
