**Title: Sales Planning & Dealer Management**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
As the Head SPDM, you will be leading a team, overseeing and be responsible of national sales performance that ensures the attainment of the company sales goals and profitability across. Custodian of sales policy & good governance across omnichannel. Ensure trade rewards is at optimal level and reasonably staged against competition with prompt payment to ensure channel survivability. Your responsibilities also include:
- **Sales Strategy & Performance**
Daily sales tracking across all branches / channel
Identify weekly store sell out pattern & channel inventory to maximise sell in
Yearly budget phasing / recalibration
Sales planner to drive Forecast accuracy by keeping optimal and keeping aging inventory low
Continuous driver store mapping / grading exercise to drive store sell out efficiency
- **Sales Policy & Governance**
Dealer onboarding / offboarding policy
Omnichannel (Off/online) price harmonisation policy
Continuous monitoring of dealer credit term / outstanding (Account Receivable) AR if any
Yearly T/T ( Trading Term) GTO review for key dealers
Price protection policy
Uphold of sales NDA
Uphold of Anti Verbal Commitment
Staff claim policy
Return policy (Goods Return) GR
- **Trade Rewards & Benefits**
Manage & ensure Sales Deduction policy is adhered by all channels.
Effectively manage Trade programme via Partner Comm
(Account Payable) AP on time processing / payment to the trade if any
Sales Incentive Scheme (SiS) tracking & revamp if necessary to motivate and drive internal Khind Sales
Budget Controller Channel Development Expenditure (CDE)
- Possess at least a degree in related field (e.g. Management/Business Studies/Marketing/Economics)
- A minimum of 10 years professional working experience within the Electrical and Home Appliances and/or FMCG/ Telco industry, where recent 3 years working within the sales management level capacity.
- Demonstrate numeric sensitive skills able to translate all data points into actionable items to drive sell in / sell out.
- Demonstrate strength in people management with ability to lead, motivate and drive high performing sales team.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills (sales analysis, forecasting, sales finance, etc.) with ability to demonstrate good business acumen
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint & any other analytics)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
