**What will we be expecting you to do?**

**Training Delivery**:

- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other educational content.
- Assess training needs and customize training programs to meet the specific requirements of clients.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to trainees, ensuring their understanding and successful completion of the programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and assessments.

**Client Engagement and Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote PSV Academy’s training programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their training needs.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities such as webinars, seminars, and conferences to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.

**Administrative and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, client interactions, and business development activities.
- Prepare regular reports on training outcomes, client feedback, and business development progress.
- Assist in the development of annual training and business development plans.

**Are you the one we are looking for?**
- Proven experience in training delivery, preferably within a certification body or educational institution.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of successfully engaging clients.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and update training materials.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Sound computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required.
- Identify & propose changes/solutions to drive and increase targeted delivery.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
