Training Coordinator

**WHAT YOU NEED TO DO**:
Support HRBPs on the registration and coordination of training sessions, workshops, seminars and other learning opportunities based on organizational requirements.
Ensure training facilities (venue, equipment, materials, F&B) are appropriately set up and coordinated.
Ensure the training session is conducted smoothly, act as the primary point of contact for trainers and participants during the training session.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees, including attendance, evaluation feedback and training completion status.
Disseminate training-related communication to the participants, trainers and stakeholders on training program details, including date, time, location and prerequisites.
Assist HRBPs in collecting pre/post feedback from participants and trainers to assess training effectiveness.
Responsible for HRDF claims, including training registration, claim submission and budget monitoring.
Ensure the training database is updated on a timely basis and accurately.
Coordinate with training provider and finance for invoice payment arrangement
**WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE**:
- Min. Diploma in HRM, Business Administration or any equivalent
- Proven experience (min. 3 years) in training coordination and administration role
- Maintain training records (trainee list, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Facilitating training sessions from booking venue, venue setup, F&B arrangement
- Well-versed in HRDF claim
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sound knowledge with learning management system (LMS)
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
