**Responsibilities**:
**Responsible for preparation of documentation for shipment as follows**:

- Follow the job file after verification.
- Check the complete sets in the job files.
- Check the charges on the job sheet, calculate if required.
- Key in the details into the system.
- Follow up the LC shipment from customer.
- Prepare & check the invoice & HBL.
- Prepare shippers documents for consignee.
- Sort out document for agent.
- Follow up document K3 with courier.
- Send the SI to liner, prepare OBL & Invoice
- Arrange courier to agent for clearance at destination.

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Required skills: Computer literate, Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related filed.
- Excellent verbal and written in communication skills.
- On job training will be provided.
- Positive attitude, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent multitasking skills within their work space.
- Priority will be given to who can start immediately or short notice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
