Logistic Documentation Support

**Responsibilities**

1. Prepare pick slip, packing list, delivery order.

2. Prepare and provide necessary shipping documents to customers if required.

3. Coordinate with Supply Chain team on cargo readiness for shipping arrangement.

4. Liaise and coordinate with customers (internal & external), freight forwarders, transporters, shipping agents, customs officer and etc to achieve efficiency of customers delivery matters.

5. Responsible for both import & export shipping arrangement to ensure timely order fulfillment and replenishment.

6. Verify both import & export shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Insurance and etc.

7. Verify transportation invoices upon submission to Finance Department for payment processing

8. Follow up with forwarder and ensure K2 forms are received within the particular month

10. Supplier OTIF monitoring based on supplier agreed date.

11. Assist in handling of complaint with supplier.

12. Assist in sourcing and preparation in negotiation with supplier.

13. Assist for freight price monitoring.

14. Maintain accurate record and filing of all documentation pertaining to shipping & customs

15. Back up and support other Supply Chain Function, when required

16. To contribute to company’s suggestion program for continuous improvement.

17. To actively participate in continuous improvement projects such as Lean Six Sigma, 5S, etc.

18. To comply all matters according to Quality Management System (QMS) ISO process.

19. To help and drive for cost reduction/cost saving project to improve company margin.

Perform any other related lawful duties that may be given by the management from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
