**Project Crew Claim Form & Salary Management**:

- Assist to prepare and process claim forms for project expenses.
- Handle salary payments details with crew members.

**Travel and Accommodation Arrangement**:

- Arrange transportation, accommodation and medical facilities for project team both domestically & internationally.
- Source suitable accomodation options and ensure timely booking.
- Coordinate medical arrangement as required for project personnel.
- Assist transportation process for project team, including local and international travel arrangement.

**Tracking and monitoring**
- Maintain record of project related expanses & cost for accommodation, claims, medical, visa and travelling
- Keep tracks of extension date for hotel accommodation for crew member.

**Recruitment support**
- Assist HR in document preparation for new recruitment of project

**Procurement Assistance**
- Support the procurement documentation process

**Logistic Assistance**
- Support sending documents, parcel & item through currier

**Job Requirement**
- At least Diploma/Certificate in any field.
- At least two (2)
- three (3) years project management experiencens.
- A team player with good interpersonal skill and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of MS Office Software (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & etc.).
- Good command in English speaking, writing and reporting.
- Self-motivated, responsible, persistence and able to work under pressure.
- Play pro-active role in multi-discipline coordination and problem solving.
- Prefer someone that have own transportation and valid license.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
