**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist in clerical and administrative work.
- Handle document control, distribution, filing, and archiving of project correspondence, documentation, and drawings for both hard copy and soft copy, both incoming and outgoing.
- Be responsible for the quality of documents and forms, ensuring they are kept according to procedures.
- Control the issuance and receipt of documents and drawings by cataloging and indexing.
- Attend to any general telephone calls, inquiries, and handle any dispatches, recording all outgoing documents.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Expert to use office words, excel, power point and outlook.
- Experience in project documentation and prepare report.
- Experience in handling Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), Purchase Request (PR), Invoice and MRN.
- Able to communicate with people and keep track project progress.
- Diploma in Business Admin with minimum 3yearsa experience.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
