**Documentation Specialist Responsibilities**:
- Organizing an archiving system.
- Labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents for ease of use.
- Retrieving documents upon request.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company.
- Ensuring documentation integrity.
- Controlling access to documents.
- Performing transcription and conversion work.
- Proofreading documents upon request.Excellent written and verbal communication. and good interpersonal skills.
**Operation Specialist Responsibilities**:
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
**Salary**: From RM1,900.00 per month
