**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Working experience in site supervision is an advantage.
- Good to multitask and prioritize daily workloads effectively.
- Good communication skills, good time management and able to work under pressure, efficient, responsibilities, independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good in written and spoken English & Bahasa Melayu

**Job Scope**:

- Assist and collaborate with project team and cross-functional teams to assist in all administrative function.
- Help and provide assistant in all projects administrative works.
- Maintain, update and compile daily, weekly, and monthly records and reports, including delivery orders and sub-contractor’s claim with date received stamp and thereafter to scan a softcopy for site records and filing.
- Carry out clerical duties, including filing documentation and preparing reports.
- Assist project teams communicate with client including documentation and coordination in general issue.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Needs to be responsive, responsible & proactive.
- Good interpersonal skills & good communication.
- Able to relocate.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
