Full Job Description
**Job responsibilities** include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible to prepare the proposal and document related of the training.
- Coordinate logístical aspects of training programs, including schedulling, room setup and equipment requirements.
- Being a coordinator during the training with clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their training needs and requirements.
- Gather feedback from participants and clients to assess program effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Able to work well under pressure
- Problem solving, reporting and data entry
- Must know right from wrong and govern yourself accordingly
- Organized, self-starter
- Strong communication skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to be a team player with a "can do" attitude
- A desire to maintain knowledge of current industry standards and new technologies.
- Have a background in administration & marketing will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
