**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Assist in managing office budgets, bookkeeping tasks, record expenses and petty cash.
- Maintain accounting books and records for daily sales.
- Oversee the production of periodic financial reports. Ensure that the reports comply with accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
- Review all invoices and payment instructions for appropriate documents.
- Maintaining general administrative support including office files and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by superior or management.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices/receipts/payment vouchers, generating reports and statements, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and liaising with clients on payment matters.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENT TO POSITION HOLDER**:
**Qualification**

**Experience**
- At least 1 year of experience.

**Skills**
- Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Skilled in using information technology (IT) and computers.
- Knowledge in Accounting System is an added advantage.
- Able to liaise with auditors, bankers and tax agents.
- Good interpersonal and pro-active approach skills.
- Have the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Highly analytical skills.
- Able to multi-task, demonstrate teamwork, have a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Motivated, takes initiative, pro-active and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to think critically and analytical problem solving.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
