As a Finance and Admin Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the financial management and administrative tasks within the finance department. Your primary duties will include processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the finance team as needed. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process financial transactions such as invoices, payments, expense reimbursements, and journal entries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain financial records and documentation, including filing, scanning, and organizing electronic and physical documents.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and forecasts as required by management or regulatory bodies.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes by compiling data, performing analysis, and generating reports.
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients regarding financial transactions and policies.
- Assist in monitoring and enforcing compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Support audit processes by providing documentation and assisting auditors as needed.
- Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a finance-related role, preferably as a finance assistant or administrator.
- Experienced using QuickBooks is a BONUS.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
