**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in documents, e.g quotation, purchase order, delivery order, invoice, brochures.
- Assisting in tender preparation.
- Assisting in preparing brochures, copying presentation material for project managers.
- Assisting in delivery arrangement
- Prepare the T&C certificates, user training form, OMM manual, user manual and other necessary documents
- Arranging demo unit when required by hospital.
- Aliases with warehouse closely to ensure the demo unit delivered to hospital.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Positive attitude to work.
- Responsible and exhibit good team work.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Full-Time positions available.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
