**Job Description**:

- Responsible for administrative tasks, support sales representatives and
coordinate sales-related activities
Prepare quotation, issue DO, invoice and others
Monitoring stock equipment and check stock
Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other
files related to the company’s operations.
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding,
scanning, etc.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirement:
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to learn, Independent and hardworking
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize
tasks.
Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be
advantage.
