Sales Coordinator

Responsible to undertake the total sales administrative functions, such as preparing and processing sales orders,
- delivery orders, purchase orders and invoicing
- Prepare and update delivery status for submission to customers based on order confirmation from suppliers
- Liaise and follow up with suppliers on delivery enquiries, order status, and other matters
- Ensure prompt collection of payment from customers and proper recording of Cash handling with transporter, dispatch rider and account department
- Attend to customer complaints with professionalism & integrity. Help customer to resolve billing and sales credit issues
- Assist in monitoring incoming and outgoing shipment & shipping documentation
- Ensure landed costing (freight charge, transportation charge, un-stuffing charge etc.) correctly maintain in purchase order
- Communication with partner’s warehouse on delivery / collection, packing list etc.
- Coordination with Transporter to ensure on time delivery to customers
- To obtain a copy of AWB, Sub-Cert from forwarder for all zero rated orders and file accordingly into zero rate files
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
