The person should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills to manage the administrative activities of the Company.
- Provide support to the Directors of the Company with minimum supervision.
- Maintaining confidential records and information.
- Assist in the day-to-day office operation, admin activities not limited to phone calls, pantry supplies, office supplies and maintenance, Directors claims, filing documents. Photocopies, scans and files appropriate documents.
- Handling any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by Director from time to time. To manage, coordinate and maintain correspondence, reports documentations, meeting and appointment.
- To communicate with clients, visitors and vendors. To represent director to conduct certain meetings.
- Make travel and hotel arrangements as needed.
- Required to assist on ad-hoc task when necessary. Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; and relaying messages.
- Performs other related duties as required or as assigned.
- Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility & work effectively both independently & with a team.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably executive specialized in admin/marketing/management or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with internal and external parties.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Possess good multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good initiative, self-motivated, excellent self-discipline, able to work under pressure and efficiently.
- Proven work experience in similar role like admin, PA or operation executive.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Possess own transport.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
