Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the education industry.
- Proactively prospect, pitch, and close sales deals for education events, conferences, workshops, and media services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs, provide support, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific goals and objectives.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the event planning process, including logistics, scheduling, and post-event follow-up.

3. Event Planning and Execution:

- Collaborate with the events team to develop engaging and innovative education events that meet the needs of the target audience.
- Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, speaker recruitment, program development, and participant registration.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, including on-site coordination, managing vendor relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collect feedback from event participants and clients to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our education events.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue targets, providing regular updates to management.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and potential areas for growth.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
