Production Admin

**Responsibilities**:
1) Maintaining inventory records for all incoming and outgoing items to ensure that only authorized product are stored in the office-based warehouse

2) Ensuring that all the production staff are following company policies and procedures for inventory control, handling and packaging product

3) Coordinating with other staff members to develop storage and retrieval systems that maximize space efficiency and security of products

4) Reviewing the inventory reports to identify the problems with supply levels or product quality

5) Coordinating with shipping companies to arrange for delivery of products on time, no delay

6) Assisting with office’s equipment maintenance including cleaning and other machinery

7) Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to keep stock at optimal levels

8) Update and maintain internal databases and generate reports as requested by management

9) Adhere to all company policies and procedures and assist with special projects as needed

10) Creates office-based warehouse tags for carton/pieces of DZI bead received

11) Handles the packing list and/or bill for all the product received into the office-based warehouse

12) Communicates any receiving issues and/or discrepancies to the Stock Coordinator and teams

13) Attached the receiving packing lists to the assigned outlets or branches in database

14) Update the product (DZI) location and change status in database, as required (ie. Pending, Receiving, and etc).

15) Allocates the office-based warehouse receiving time against the product documented on the packing list or BOL

16) Perform other duties as assigned and provide support to the team when needed

**Job Requirements**:

- Malaysian (Female, Age: 28 to 38 years old)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same position & field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to travel outstation
- Willing to work at Publika Shopping Gallery
