Account and Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle & Prepare Accounts Payable Report, Accounts Receivables Report, Balance Sheet Statement, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow Statement, Creditors & Debtors Aging, Profit & Loss Statement etc.
- Check and follow up on all outstanding payments and ensure that payments are not lapsed.
- Handle collection of payments from customers.
- Generate official receipts and payment vouchers.
- Liaise with auditor, company secretary and tax agent.
- Perform daily online banking transactions.
- Manage petty cash fund and cheques received.
- Handle order processing and generate invoices.
- Daily data entry in auto count system.
- Ensure that all documents are properly filled, organized and sorted daily.
- Preparation and submission of sales reports to management.
- Other accounts and administrative duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably at least 2 years of related work experience.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, BC, English.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Auto Count System and Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Ulu Tiram: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
