**About the role**:
This role will be a member of a global team supporting Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) time and attendance (T&A) solutions for Kerry and part of Global T&A and Payroll Integration project.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support rollout of UKG WFM Pro (previously known as Kronos Dimensions) along with our implementation partner.
- Partner with internal and external team members and stakeholders to ensure go-live and post-live success.
- Review and prioritize system maintenance, enhancements, business as usual changes and change requests.
- Configure the system, manage integrations and release of changes in alignment with best practices and Kerry change control processes.
- Responsible for design and configuration in line with business and regulatory requirements.
- Support the creation of training and documentation of system for users.
- Manage support requests within defined service level agreements.
- Work on troubleshooting issues including root cause analysis and work within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Constant focus on identifying and recommending changes to existing procedures and practices based on process, technology, and data knowledge.
- Provide backup cover and support to other team members.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Preferrable bachelor’s degree in ICT or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting time and attendance systems and processes, primarily in the area of UKG Dimensions.
- Experience to include Timekeeper, Accruals, Absence, interfaces, WDM (Clocks/devices), and advanced scheduling modules.
- Experience of integrating with HR and Payroll systems is also required.
- Advanced English, excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
