As a WFM/ RTA Analyst you jos tasks includes:

- To generate report from CRM system independently, proactively, and creatively, in order to store and manage database accordingly.
- To monitor business progress or service level according to the agreed KPI with client. Achieve service levels and efficiency metric goals.
- To create report template, report file and analyse reports in advance term, which covering customization and automation report to ease analysis and reporting process, and to perform any ad hoc reports required by client.
- To create advance presentation report by performing high-level materials, idea, insight for client operation improvement based on analysis he/she made.
- To perform routine and regular report required by Operation and Client in daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Drive real-time adherence to the expected capacity against the actual performance to achieve service levels and efficiency metric goals.
- Prepare capacity planning vs actual performance.
- Forecasting analysis and schedule preparation for entire project Have a real time communication with the WFM team and operations when call outs or changes need to be done.
- Analytical with attention to detail, ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate and call out changes to incoming contact patterns to operations.
- Review, maintain daily headcount and schedule, also report attendance that require real-time assistance to different stakeholders.
- To perform other ad hoc job assigned by the Company and superior.

Shift Date : Monday to Friday

Salary : RM 4500 -RM 5000 (Depend on experience)

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
